Your rental reservation is confirmed once the rental agreement has been signed, and the 50% rental deposit is received. The rental deposit is required to reserve the event space and is non-refundable. It will be applied to the full rental amount, which must be paid-in-full 24-hours prior to your event or your reservation will be canceled.
